Establishing a Sustainable Circular Economy

The SurferMonkey ecosystem aims to establish a circular economy by using the WaveGuard (WAGU) token as a means of exchange between the actors of the ecosystem. The circular economy is founded on the principle of token velocity, where tokens circulate within the ecosystem, fostering utility and generating incentives for all the participants involved.

The dApp administrators play a pivotal role in the circular economy, as they are responsible for supplying the WAGU token vaults. Every time a transaction is settled on the blockchain, a certain amount of WAGU is consumed by the zkMiners. The zkMiners then return the consumed WAGU to the dApp administrators, creating a continuous loop of token flow.

The key players in the SurferMonkey ecosystem's tokenomics are the end-users, dApps, Relayers, and zkMiners. Each actor interacts with the WAGU token differently. The end-users do not require tokens to access the ecosystem, whereas dApps spend tokens accordingly. Relayers, on the other hand, stake tokens to secure a position as a relayer but do not earn WAGU tokens in return, they earn a premium in the shape of native tokens. Finally, zkMiners stake tokens to become zkMiners and earn tokens from the dApps' transactions.

The circular economy model promotes the usage and demand of the WAGU token within the ecosystem. It establishes a self-sustaining system where each participant benefits from the circulation and usage of the WAGU token, ultimately enhancing the overall ecosystem health and utility.
